Handle customer accounts and develop strategic relationship
Strengthen the relationship with the key decision makers of major customers
Develop, implement and monitor key account plans for major customers
Build and continually develop productive working relationships with line / functional managers and team members, including sharing of best practices to maximize results
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge and understanding of the customers and markets
Identify target markets, develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies
Generate, track and report sales proposals and leads. Follow up on projects and close deals
Provide superior customer service via creativity, responsiveness, and strong interpersonal skills
Prepare and submit relevant reports to the Top Management
Requirements
Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent from a reputable university
Fluent in English, French and Arabic
Exceptional organizational and communications skills
Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong and fruitful client relationships
Strong commercial acumen
Highly motivated and committed
Ability to build strong trusting relationships with customers
Team oriented and enjoys dealing with people on all levels
